Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to monitor our website performance. Google analytics transmits data to Google servers in the United States. It dos not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports generated by Google to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the service we provide to you.
Emails
The content on this site, including free information products such as eBooks, videos and template downloads is developed and owned by Dr Greg Vinall. To protect our members and our business from spam and internet fraud, the use of this material is subject to a licence agreement with us, which you enter into when you register your email address to access any of our resources. You can read more about our licence conditions here.
To ensure data security and compliance with international anti-spam legislation, email addressed lodged with us are managed using the professional email service Aweber and associated plugin AW Protools. Registration for free products requires double opt-in, which stops us from accidentally collecting unsolicited emails and prevents email fraud. Double opt-in for premium products is implied by the completion of a financial transaction.
We use AW Pro Tools to ensure that we only email you content that is of interest to you, based on the content you access and/or download from our site.
You can unsubscribe from our email service at any time by using the links provided at the bottom of each email. If you choose to unsubscribe you will no longer receive emails from us, except for those we are legally required to send you (for example, details of your transactions if you buy something from us).
Unsubscribing from our emails does not remove your profile, including your email address, from our system and you will still be able to access the free and premium products you have subscribed to. If you wish to completely remove your email address from our system you can do so by logging in and deleting your profile. Doing so will cancel your membership and you will no longer be able to access downloads, templates, tutorials or other content you may have signed up for.
Third Party Tracking, Remarketing
To improve our reach and grow our community of lure makers, we often promote our content on social media and search engines. This means we may have tracking code on some of our pages that helps us better match our content to our audience. This tracking may include (but not be limited to) Facebook, Google remarketing, Amazon and Webinarjam.
These codes do not collect individual personal information but are used to better understand the interests of our audience and match them with our most relevant content.

For security reasons, we do not collect or store credit card, bank account or sensitive financial data. When you purchase from us your transaction will be securely processed by either Paypal or Stripe. Both of these organisations charge our business a fee to provide independent, safe and secure processing of financial transactions so that we don’t ever need to see your sensitive data.
